网络游戏一旦上瘾，你就会控制不住自己，不上网时还一直想着上网。无法控制上网的时间，整天想着网络游戏的事情，情节和人物。而且会让人委靡不振，让身心和健康得到严重的危害。总之一句“沉迷网络游戏只对自己有害而无利。”

I advise you aren't addicted to net surfing,because you will lose yourself in it .besides,spending too much time and energy online is harmful to your physical and mentalhealth.Now I would like to give you some suggestion,I think you must try to control the time of net surfing and adjust your life .for example,you can play basketball or other sports with your friends,which can not only help you keep healthy,but strengthen your friendship; you can communicate with your parents and friends,sharing your happiness and sorrow with them; you can read some interesting books to expand your knowledge .
