A most horrible experience
I used to be fond of skating. but now things have changed because of a most horrible experience.
One winter, the weather was so cold that water turned into ice. One day on my way home, when seeing a frozen lake, I thought that the ice must be thick enough to support me. Being so interested in skating, I couldn't help going down and sliding on the ice. Suddenly, I heard a sound of crack. Looking down, I saw the crack on the ice surface. I was frightened out of my life and didn't dare to move,but nobody could help me. I had to move toward the bank carefully.
As soon as I got onto the bank, the ice broke. How horrible it was! Even if it has been a long time since then, I can still feel the fear, and I no longer like skating since then.2011-07-16

一次可怕的经历
我曾经非常喜欢滑冰。但是因为一次可怕的经历，事情发生了改变。
一年冬天，天气—卜分寒冷，湖水都结了冰。一天在回家的路上，看到结冰的湖面，我想这冰厚得足以支撑得住我。因为喜欢滑冰，我忍不住跑到湖面上滑起来。突然我听到一丝开裂声，向下一看，我看到冰面上出现了裂纹。我被吓得要命，不敢动。但是没有人能帮助我，我只能小心翼翼地向岸边挪动。
我刚一上岸，冰面就裂开了。太可怕了!即使过去了这么长时间，我仍然感到恐惧。从那时起我就不再喜欢滑冰了。

一次可怕的经历(An frightening experience)

At the age of eight, I had a frightful experience. My uncle and I were swimming in a river with a life buoy. I said to my uncle that I wanted to swim to the middle of the river alone.

I said it would be safe because I had a life buoy. At first my uncle didn’t agree. I pretended to cry. He had nothing to do but let me swim alone. When I was near the middle of the river, the life buoy leaked.

I began to sink. I struggled to keep my head above the water. But what I did was of no use. I was forced to drink a lot of water. I thought I was going to be drowned.

It was at that critical moment that my uncle swam over and rescued me. I didn’t dare to swim alone after that experience.2011-07-16

when we saw it we really did not get ready.it was there completely motionless before i stept on it. it vellicated suddenly and i was stunned when it opened its mounth and sticking its tongue. i screamed and ran away as quickly as possible.it was aslo the only time that i run faster than my cousin.
